This project focuses on enhancing website performance by transitioning to a lighter theme, eliminating unnecessary plugins, and migrating to dedicated WordPress hosting. The block editor will also be replaced with Elementor PRO for a more efficient and user-friendly page-building experience.

Scope of Work:

• Evaluate the current website’s page speed and SEO performance.
• Devise a plan to address existing issues and improve page load speed.
• Optimize website core vital statistics for better user experience and performance.
• Minimize plugin dependency by reducing the number of active plugins from 53 to 20.
• Upgrade the website’s GTmetrix grade from E to B.
• Enhance PageSpeed scores from 50 to 90.

This project involved a complete migration to dedicated WordPress hosting and optimizing the website’s performance and functionality. A lightweight Astra theme was adopted along with the Elementor PRO editor to improve design efficiency and overall user experience.
